the seller said he sent items on 8/1 via snail mail and provided a tracking # for something that shipped on 8/6

I've had a deal like this with him before. SLOW shipping and lots of BS. I still have a PM in my inbox where he asked for my address to send something to make up for his screw ups and he never sent the items.
