Beautiful glove you got there. Really nice.

3 days! High quality gloves can take several weeks of persistent work to be game ready. 2-3 wouldn't surprise me with this glove. But it will be worth it.

Playing catch is the best solution. If you don't have a mallet, you can get one and that will speed things up: Coach's Glove Mallets (glovemallet.com). Although the leather doesn't need it at this point, a good glove conditioner like Glovestuff or Wilson's Pro Stock Glove Conditioner or Mizuno Strong Oil, IN MODERATION, also might speed things up and wouldn't hurt. Only add it to the parts you want to soften up (palm, hinge, web). Do not use any oils -- e.g. Neat's Foot or mink oil -- as they will ruin the glove pretty quick. As will soaking it in water, microwaving it or running over it with your car.
