Need help converting a PNG to DST, can someone help?

Good afternoon, folks. Having trouble converting a pretty simple logo to a DST file for a teammate. At work and can't even download the software to do so, and he is looking for quick turn-around time. Is anyone able to help out? Let me know, and thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
