Needing 12 shirts. Full dye or sub die on wicking material shirts

Looking for some shirts to be done. Need 12 shirts using the logo provided on the front and we would need numbers on the back. Would like to stay with a white front or red front shirt. Would need to have these by early August. Pm me if you can help. Got a budget of $150 - $250. Thanks!
