Does anyone know when they release the new models is it in the Fall or after Christmas

When I called back in July and they were out of Flippers I had CS telling me the new line would be out by mid August but that obviously wasn't true.

Demar used to have slowpitch CS who were very knowledgeable. They have since switched to CS generalists who know as much as the website tells them, so calling them now is pretty much useless.

LOL!!! Sad but true..

CS is lagging that's for sure and idk how much help the good cs reps at the (bat care center) are or can be prior to having your voucher as far as returns are concerned but (mark, Michelle) which are a couple reps that do know what they're doing and talking about are still top notch imo are located at the care center (the old Demarini phone #) and not the new 800-800 number that you get from their site..
