I dont like the tractor. The front logo is very basic, you should have the graphic artist get creative and combine team name, mascot and socal into one logo.

I think its pretty cool actually.. That thing would sell like gold around here.. Nothing but farms and farmers everwhere!

take that white gradient stuff out of the fonts because it makes the small SoCal hard to read, it detracts focus from the team name, and it's redundant on the back. love the concept though.

Like everyone else has said, nice concept & design, especially in SoCal. The major thing I would change is the tractor on the back. Don't get me wrong, I like the tractor, but it would be better if it were a 'real' tractor, LOL. It looks to me like the image used is an Ertl toy tractor model, am I wrong? Also, get rid of the ghosted part of the tractor behind the numbers, i.e. make the numbers opaque. I'm a Moline fan myself, but to each their own.
