No, and I also didn't play baseball in high school, hence why I would have poor mechanics, I'm plenty strong in terms of lifting but I know that's not what leads to power.

Salvo is a great starter, esp if youre playin ASA. and as someone mentioned once you hit abt 500 posts you start dropping bombs. i cant wait to get there

a salvo is a good choice but i hit a Z last night and WOW that will be my next purchase but then again i suck at hitting so i am always looking for the next hot bat to make up for my lack of talent
