I almost always feel great out on the field and always play hard. Getting out of the car when you get home is the hard part.

Wasn’t going to swing, but lazily put the barrel on the bat and hit the pitcher in the glove side arm off a bounce. Poor guy didn’t deserve that.

Are we talking SS made a nice stop in the hole but bobbled it/throw was too long and you're too fast? Or are we talking hit the top half of the ball and you legged out a 20 footer down the 3b line?

This was my first hit of the night. Helped that 3B was a legitimate 5'4"
Last AB was a 2RBI single which led to a wholly unsatisfying tie-game...

I'm good for a 20 footer or three at the beginning of every season season. I think the last time I hit one the throw went over the 1B head and I wound up on 3rd.

Down 19-17. 2 outs in the bottom of the last. Runners on second and third so I'm the winning run. SS and 2b are playing in the holes so middle is wide open. I hit a sharp one hopper that bounces waist high that the pitcher grabs with his eyes closed. Game over we lose.
