OG JH120 or R.I.?

Looking at buying a used JH 120 off a buddy. It's made in USA, but is there a way to tell if its an original or a re-issue? Thanks!

Really? I have a broken one in the backseat that says made in USA, but I was told it was a re-issue when I bought it.

i just got a JH120 says made in usa, serial #5362325, do I have an og here or what? whats the difference?

OG's have dont have engraved serial numbers. They have printed numbers, usually starts with a 5 or 6

the first RI's had a serial#'s with a 7 or 8 some where USA some were china made


the second reissues had serial numbers that start with 00xxxx and all made in china

the last reissues the the model # changed to MH120 not JH120
