Older gold glove (philapines made, but round r patch)

Picked up this old guy for a teammate and i must say it feel legit.. If I didn't know it was a gold glove i I would swesr its a protb24

Side note I also picked up a newer gg504 gold patch for a different teammate and that glove was the most comfy glove I've ever put on (can't speak for durability) but it was much more comfy than any liberty (which I used to believe was one of the most comfy gloves available, durability asode)

Anyway, anyone else have info on these gloves.. Got it for 40 bucks and i think he's gonna really like it..

The older gold gloves were HOH quality. 4 dot date code is I think '99? I don't have my Rawlings date chart infront of me.

that looks like it's been relaced, because i think the original laces were black. i think had that exact glove in HS baseball, but never used it because it took so long to break in...finally started using it in softball. great leather, that thing has been used heavily for a long time. i ended up giving it to a buddy who needed a glove, and he leaves it sitting around with no ball in the pocket...kills me!!

40 bucks is a great deal, because i definitely paid over 100 on sale back in 97. pretty sure i got it from Eastbay.
