phoenix tournament, sandlot style

hi guys, a couple of years ago I read about a tourney in phoenix where they would gather players from all divisions and divide them by talent levels ( A ,B ,C , D ) and put together teams as equally as they could, so you would play with a bunch of guys you didn't even know, any info would be be appreciated, thanks

Just did this in Indiana for Freedom Sports 2 weekends ago. It was an awesome time and was even coed. Only 2 girls on a team. Signed up for a blind draft and ended up only knowing one guy on my team. All teams where pretty evenly matched too.
