Popped My Combat Cherry!

After many years of owning bats I finally got a Combat. I can't wait to swing my BBGV. It's still a little chilly up in sconi though. How warm does it need to be for me to swing this thing? Also, does anyone want to hook a Combat n00b up with a grip? PM me if you have one. Thanks guys.

I've swung all of mine the last week or so outside....pretty much temps over 55 or so and you're gtg, depending on what balls you're hitting...I've been hitting .44/375s

BBGV is a good cold weather Combat. BBGV was my first utrip combat and I swung it down to 35-40 degrees with .44 375. Nice and durable stick.

That's good to hear. I think it's supposed to be sunny and 50 when we hit on Sunday. So I'll probably give it a few swings. I could still use a grip though. Anyone have one that they'd be willing to part with cheap?
