Old Made New Glove Relacing Owner
I've done some research and have come up with nothing, so...
Here are my questions guys:
1. Year made? I can't find a date code.
2. Size? Yet to put a tape measure on it, but would like to know Rawlings size.
3. What do the letters/numbers in the model number stand for? PRO-3MTFOT
4. Is this a certain MLBer model?
5. Is this the factory lacing pattern on the web and palm?
6. Do you think these are considered tan or chocolate laces? Leaning toward tan.
7. Where can I order the thin laces for the index finger hole? Lace size?
7. Why the red, white, and blue Rawlings label?
8. Price as is?

All other info is appreciated. I'm getting ready to give it a clean, relace, and condition.

1. Year made? I can't find a date code.
While no date code you have the Dot code on the outside of the pinky.
Dot System:
2 Dot- 2002
1 Dot- 2001
5 Dots- 2000
4 Dots- 1999
3 Dots- 1998
2. Size? Yet to put a tape measure on it, but would like to know Rawlings size.
I'm pretty sure that is a 12.75"
3. What do the letters/numbers in the model number stand for? PRO-3MTFOT
PRO-3 is the pattern (12.75 if memory serves). MT=Modified Trap (the web), F=Fastback (single finger hole), OT=Oil Tan
4. Is this a certain MLBer model? No
5. Is this the factory lacing pattern on the web and palm?
Based on the looks of the leather itself I'd be that is the original factory lacing.
6. Do you think these are considered tan or chocolate laces? Leaning toward tan.
Those laces would be Tan (you can tell by looking at the side of the lace, it's lighter in color in between the front and back "side" of the lace.
7. Where can I order the thin laces for the index finger hole? Lace size?
Rawlings parts team, you'll have to call them direct
7. Why the red, white, and blue Rawlings label?
Year 2000 I believe was the last year Rawlings made Made In the USA Stock gloves.
8. Price as is?
No idea
