repaint BASS?

i was looking on the bay and ran across this bat. i've never heard of it but from what i see it looks like a bass mandingo. i could be wrong i just wanted to see if of you knew anything about it.

the same factory that makes bass bats will sell you a dozen unpainted comps for like a hundred bucks....same exact bat just no paint job or stamps so its not legal anywhere. Bass rules man
