Need Help shipping question

Sold and shipped a bat out Thursday it says it was delivered today but buyer says it never arrived. They called post office and they told them it was a scanning error. Just wondering if this happens a lot or is it a fluke thing or was the bat delivered and someone stole it

I have had bats not update at all then they got it usps are really sloppy with their scans..

if you go to the website it says delivered to the front porch... You can click the help tab, from there click contact by e-mail, you can ask for a inquiry.. they will ask the Post Office that it was last scanned to respond to a inquiry and you should receive a e-mail Monday with a response.. It has been the best way for me to locate late packages.. It seems the best way instead of calling.. I never had to inquire about a package that was scanned delivered though.. hope everything works out..

This does not sound right... if tracking says delivered it most likely was delivered.

Yes apparently it was miss scanned never had it happen before though especially saying they left it at the front door/porch
