According to USSSA-Slowpitch Facebook page, they were Worth bats not Miken bats and all were new out of the wrapper...

Got it in hilliard ohio at a tourney the guy told me it didnt have a warrany and its engraved into the handle story he gave me was that it was a return for An exclusive but wasnt sure they did that
