In reference to the link in post # 4, IMO that price is insane!! Guess I know where they got their name from. I had a local sporting goods store make one up for my team years ago! They do their own screen printing so there were no shipping costs involved and I was able to customized it to what I wanted! The cost was higher due to the lettering and double color letters. It was done for around $25.00. Again that was a screen print versus sublimation but still turned out great!
