Has anyone used a Theragun? They aren't cheap but suppose to be effective.

effective is an understatement. it's a game changer, you won't regret. if you pay more than 100, you are a way overpaying for it.

I got a cheap one off Amazon. Best random purchase in a while.

Had been having foot pain morning after games. Tried adding in soles and switching back to Nike having given UA a shot. Turns out, some of my problem is tight calves.

I hit my legs and feet with it regularly, and have been pain free. It's been great for other little tweaks and pains along the way too.

I have a hypervolt and use it daily. Well worth the investment. Esp for sore muscles post training, tight muscles or cramping during or after games.
