Price Check UII no ASA stamps, no senior engraving

I don't know exactly where this falls on the UII scale for value please help me out, 28oz, no ASA stamps, bubble knob but before all the taper engraving stuff.

What do the stripes indicate? Performance, durability or both?

So seriously, it does have the red tape inlay thing under the grip along with one small yellow grease pen mark, does that actually mean it is worth more?

Well, that's pretty sweet. I'll have to list it next week, my bro and I took a BP with it about two or three years ago and it has been collecting dust ever since. It does have a tiny rattle that it actually had with the wrapper still on it, I'm guessing glue.
