USSSA Pitcher tosses glove during pitch

Got a question....
If a USSSA pitcher throws his glove towards home at the same time as the ball to attempt to deke the hitter, what is the call?

Illegal pitch (dead ball).
Illegal pitch (swing at your own risk).
Other.

We had a guy that would pitch and then run at the hitter and jump with arms and legs spread. Stupidest thing I ever saw.

in USSSA the onus is on the batter... the call is not made until after the batter chooses to swing or not.....then the call would be unfairly delivered

Throwing glove while pitched ball is in air, umpire should call dead ball and award ball to batter. Also should give pitcher warning if done again should warrant an ejection. Pitcher running at batter call should be same as already stated. Now if batter hits pitch if out is made umpire should award batter 1st base for pitcher interference.

Rule 8.3.C:

Sec. 3. THE BATTER IS AWARDED FIRST BASE:
C. If the catcher or other fielder obstructs or prevents him from striking at a
pitched ball. The offensive manager has the option to accept obstruction or result
of the play.
EFFECT Sec. 3. C. When a batter is obstructed, the batter is awarded first base because
of the obstruction, EXCEPT that if the batter succeeds in hitting the pitch and reaches first
safely and no preceding runner is put out before advancing at least one advanced base, the
obstruction should not be called or enforced. If the obstruction is not enforced, the ball remains
live and in play.

Delayed Dead Ball, however if the batter manages to hit the glove with the ball it's a three base award. I would also be warning the pitcher that any subsequent antics like this will result in ejection.
