This helmet looks like it was used as a 4 year olds art project. The guy should be buying you a new helmet for screwing this one up so bad and lying about his artistic skills. I wouldn't hand him another dime, send him a bat, or even have him "fix" this for free...he did a piss poor job the first time. There's no way he's gonna magically fix this when his first effort was such a complete failure.
