Wilson 1787 Softball use

I am not that familiar with this pattern, is the pocket deep and wide enough to make a good infield softball glove?

I dont believe so..only guy I know who used one said it was too small..

It was too small for my liking as well.. Just didn't get near as deep or "softball like" pocket enough for me.. IMO el3 and dw5 are much better options

If you have good hands they are great. Our SS uses one.
