it's fairly easy. you're company just sends me a return ups label. it's prepayed postage and i drop it off at ups. should be the norm for such a company

because i HAD to have them before they got to me, like i told you. so i had to go out and buy more at a local store. i didn't leave you any feedback either. i was under the impression that paypal would reverse the transaction and i could send all the balls back to you and get my money back. also i never got any funds to send them back to you and you pretty much stopped communicating with me.
