I picked one up today at GNC to give it a try and was really surprised with the taste. I believe I may replace my Muscle Milk with it next time I buy.

I have been unable to go to the gym for the last year because of a combination of work and home life which has really sucked. But as a present to myself I just payed my dues for the next 3 months :) so off to the gym.......soreness to follow I am sure.
