This is how I teach the girls on my daughters softball team to slide.....in the sumertime you get a slip and slide and practice on it....it dont hurt and its actually fun LOL

looks like F-4 Tape (used to wrap electrical wires) to me, I knew a guy that used it on his bat once, I thought it was terrible

if i have to pick I will say Mizuno but I prefer tape

I do the same I always have a song in my head...its usually "Blame it on Waylon" Its has a good tune

I have used them in the past, but I really dont see an advantage to them...thats just my preference
