Thanks for the quick reply....I do not separate my hands on the first step. The ball does not come out of my glove (hand seperation) until after my right foot hits the mound and I start my dip.

Had a team call me out to the blue today during our game. Apparently I have a non standard pitch. When I pitch I use a two step process. I start w/ my left foot forward and hands in front of me. I take a step forward w/ my right foot onto the rubber and then start my dip and arm motion. And...
