Purchased 2009 Ressy Titan for $165 from him. He indicated paint chips and texted pics which looked fine. He posted GTG thread for me http://forums.softballfans.com/showthread.php?t=1162105
As soon as I got the bat I noticed paint coming off in chunks and that somebody had taken a sharpie to disguise an apparent crack forming in the composite below. I posted in the thread linked above and texted him that I wanted to undo the deal and would be sending the bat back. We finally talked on the phone and he balked at taking the bat back. Being a reasonable person I said I was concerned the bat would break and that I was frustrated having spend premium dollar on such an abused bat. We talked it out and he agreed to send me the receipt for the bat and refund $35. That way, worst case scenario I'm paying $130 for a NIW WR. I can live with that. Two weeks has passed and he hasn't done anything yet. I hope he comes through but I think posting NGTG is probably the right thing to do just in case.
