You will find some knowledgeable members willing to help here, I would suggest you will get more responses if you post on the open slo-pitch board (presuming you are talking slow pitch).
Or you can visit ball fields and ask other coachs for advice.
If you can record yourself you may be able to see for your self what is happening.
also going to a batting cage and taking lots of hits will help you getting a "feel" for your swing, it is possible you might get someone there to help out.

post a video of your swing bro. they will analyze and help you. before and after of my swing make over by taking advises from these guys,
Past a year and half = 0 bombs.
this year alone despite of missing many games due to injuries = 8 bombs. no moon shots just clearing 300ft.
yeah i am bragging, why the hell not. this is sbf.. lol but those are facts though.
