Need Help Can anyone help with this question

I received this question from another board member trying to leave feedback. I have never had this problem so don't know how to answer it.

Sorry. I tried to leave feedback a few weeks ago but it asked me to link my feedback to a certain transaction and I don't know how to do that. If you want to provide me with instructions I will gladly do it. Sorry. I'm just not very computer savvy.

Not computer savvy either, but it seems they had a problem copy and pasting the deal url. If you made the transaction in a thread, you could copy and paste it for them and just send it in a pm.

You just copy the link of the selling thread. Go to the selling thread. Then at the top, click the url (forums.softballfans.com/....), clicking it highlights it, press CTRL + C (Copy), then go to the section in the feedback that says "Deal Thread URL" and press CTRL + V (Paste).
