Nothing I have that's "Easton" has a "Made in Asia" feel to it. By that I mean that nothing runs small. Everything seems more tailored to an American scale of size. ie: Easton compression shirts are the only ones I can wear in a medium. Everything else is either large or extra large.

As far as the 2 ESB's are concerned, the 12.5" measures bigger by about 1/8" while the 12" is right on the button. There is a very noticeable difference between the two that's exacerbated since the 12.5" naturally flares out wider at the top.
