Editing Text - Hightlight doesn't show up

When creating text for a post, if you shift to select (or mouse over) text you want to delete or change, there is no highlight to show what text you have selected?

I suspect this is a color choice issue.

The original problem was solved ---- But a similar problem is this:

When you quote a post in your reply, the name of the quoted poster does not highlight - It is there, but the text color and the background color are the same... See my quote above ^^^^^^^^^^^

I'm presuming that was the issue with the editing highlight...
