Help with tournaments...

Soo... I'm throwing this here because it seemed like the best place to do so. My question to you is where can I find a tournament that won't bring me power league/majors but give me a decent competition. My team is fairly new but we want to know for next season. Is there any tournaments that you guys recommend for a young team? We are around the Milwaukee, WI area and would like to stay in WI if possible. If anyone can help me out that would be greatly appreciated.

Try to stay away from Festivals... they usually dont have rosters, so pretty much anyone is allowed to play. Try to get your tourney team together for league ball once a week.. just to get used to playing with them.
