Early check-in 12noon-4pm friday
coaches meeting 5pm friday (mandatory)
homerun derby friday (7pm)
all teams playing friday show up 2hours early for check in and bat checks
teams playing saturday (only approved players) need to be at the field 1 hour early for check in
no bat checks on saturday
all bats must be checked friday

PLEASE READ THE EMAIL BELOW!!! MAKE PLANS NOW TO BE AT THE FIELD EARLY TO AVOID GETTING CAUGHT UP IN THIS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. WE DON'T WANT TO SEE TEAMS FORFEIT THEIR FIRST OR MAYBE EVEN SECOND GAME BECAUSE OF THIS. MAKE PLANS NOW, I REPEAT, MAKE PLANS NOW TO AVOID THIS!!!!! PLEASE PASS THIS INFORMATION ALONG TO YOUR WHOLE TEAM. WE CANT WAIT ON PLAYERS TO SHOW UP. WE HAVE TOO MANY GAMES!!!!


While you’re here (February 17-19), we have the Myrtle Beach Marathon on Saturday, February 18th. This will present several traffic difficulties first thing in the morning. Kings Highway headed south (17S Business) and Ocean Blvd. headed north will be closed to traffic until roughly 9:00 am. There will be lots of signs notifying everyone of alternate routes, but the safest thing to do is to get to 17 Bypass and get to Grand Park that way. Since the marathon starts early, 6 am, everything should be clear by 9 am. But your early games will most likely will be effected traffic wise.

Larry -- what happens if we have a guy who is coming in really late on friday night? He more than likely won't be able to make our checkin at 9 pm?

He would be able to check in 1 hour early before your game Saturday. No bat checks Saturday though.

We understand that some teams will have a player or two that will have to check in Saturday. We will make some exceptions and work with teams as best we can. But as MANY players as possible need to be at the Fields Friday to check in.

So I am going to start a Sunday Conversation: I would like to know what everyone's top three predictions are now that games are out for each division. Remember we have a total of 9 States being represented. Anyone dare to be brave enough to throw out their top 3??????? Looking forward to seeing and meeting all teams next weekend.

Have a safe trip down and we will see you Friday!!!!

IDK as much about the out of state teams, but Carolina Thunder and Party Time are both pretty good squads... I could see either one of those 2 in the hunt for the Rec division.
