Was the green handel 2013 mercy the first batch. Or were they both ehite and green?

2013 had both green and white handles, barrel was white with lime green and black mercy writing, both hit the same no difference in the ones I had, no batch difference

there were both white and green handles. not sure the reason why, there is only speculation. that being said the green handles are the ones that fetch more $. usually $20-40 more.
