Some things to look for:

B12 as Methylcobalamin not Cyanocobalamin
vitamin E sources to be fully mixed, instead of just alpha
vitamin D as Cholecalciferol (D3) not Ergocalciferol (D2)
vitamin A --mixed carotenes (instead of just beta)
niacin as inositol hexanicotinate instead of niacinamide
minerals as chelates or citrates

Have always wanted to do this :

/thread :D

IMO Animal Pak falls into the "GOOD" category.

So who makes the "GREAT" category. Also want to tag on to this thread, sorry OP... but what is everyones "suggestion" about who makes a "GREAT" BCAA product

Animal pak is not that good, if you take both paks like your supposed to that's a TON of pills!!! I have always gone with Gnc mega man sport. You just need to keep your eye out for when they have sales othewise it can get expensive. And animal pak looks like a good buy because it's 44 paks but that's only 22 servings. Not great

The very best multi that I know of is Ortho-Core by AOR.

(Only negative is the price)

Others that I think are in the top (above Pak)

Controlled Labs --- Orange Triad

Gaspari --- Anavite

MST --- MVP 365 / ZMK

Controlled labs makes some good products; I like the green mag and purple wrath, not completely sold on white flood though..
