Kinda looks like they took a building background then threw the joker on there behind the team name. This theme could be enhanced greatly to make it all flow together and the team name to pop more. IMO.

It will look fine if every one on your team is built like Channing Tatum. Other wise the word Nemesis will be across their belly or under it. The team name should read across the chest.
