I usually wear in between a L and XL. I would say these are more XL, pretty roomy.

Well it's definitely an XL. If you wear XL/XXL Nike you should be fine. Sleeve length and body are long enough and width wise is my problem, I'm on the thin side which is why I sometimes get large.
