Not here to price bash, i think you are pretty close. You can get a 64gb refurb with cellular at apple store for 780. I would say NIB, not refurb would be around $50-100 cheaper than that from a private seller. Definately not those rediculous $450-$550 offers you got though. Good luck. If I could find a way to unload my Android tablet I would pick this up.

I wouldn't say the price is high, it is a high ticket item and those take a while to sell, whoever offered $450 should be banned.

On a side note, Ipad has been SOLD, for 715$.
