Chrome tanned leather (what laces are made out of) does not like temps in excess of 120 deg. So even a hot car can make them brittle. Just think what 375 would do!!!

People that sell baseball gloves do. It should be in the instructions after repeating this for a week. You should throw that piece of crap In the garbage can go buy a new glove

Outstanding Bad Mudasuka!
I'm not gonna lie, when i first started playin, i did this to my first Rawlings cheap ass glove cause i saw it on some bottle of crap in the sporting goods store. I never had a good glove until i bought my Vinci BR-46 3-4 years ago.

Gonna get a custom S2N soon hopefully...

You're going to destroy your lacing with the oven method.

20 years ago the shaving cream method was the way to go.

SEMI-RETIRED LEGEND
bake that leather until it get so dried out, then try and sleep well at night you might have to catch a rocket with said glove in front of your face

Haha, there is nothing more depressing than working on a baked glove. I can think of two where I added tons of conditioner (a little at a time) and they didn't ever feel conditioned, just sticky (also not good).
