Pitching Tips ASA Slowpitch

Well i guess this is where i put this for training or help. Well i pitch ASA slowpitch in a mens league and was recently asked to pitch for a coed team. I figured hey no problem except that i couldn't place the ball where i wanted it (girls ball that is) i had no problem with the 12'' of course from mens league but the 11'' threw me off. was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to throw it with movement or should i just lay it in there. granted the girls in our league are pretty competitive and can hit very well. just lookin to improve my pithcing thanks!

Our co-ed swaps balls for female batters too. And honestly, the different sized ball doesn't bother me at all. My bad pitches come from both 12s and 11s...I don't seem to favor one over the other!

practice practice practice and more practice... I pitch for the co-ed team I also play on... I practice like I have to pitch, alternating balls. btw there is a huge pitching technique thread in the asa forum ;)
