What's the usual turn around on getting a tracking number after an order is placed?

I placed my order 1 week ago today. I recieved the order processed and paypal payment emails but have yet to recieve a shipping email. On y'alls sit the order is still sitting as processed under status.

Please don't take these messages the wrong way I'm not upset or angry. Just curious. I understand things happen from time to time. Just hoping to have a heavy ball by next weekend.
