About how much do you need from a sponsor to realistically field a team with little to no fundraising?

To run a D/E team, I've done it for as little as $5K, but that is super tight. $7-8K is a decent number. $10K would be super comfortable.

Bingo. I did $7k this year, that's with our unis paid for and players paid their own hotels and Florida.
