What's the best way to break this thing in? It's stiff as ****.........Is there anything better then another for KIP leather?

Obviously that oven bull**** is out of the question, but what about glove conditioners?

Pretty much says it all. Also search youtube for the ASO Brandon Phillips video. Vinci conditioner (vaseline) works well.

It didn't take me long to break mine in at all. I used a small amount of the Vinci conditioner and let it sit for 24hours with a ball in the pocket. Then I pounded a ball into the pocket a bunch of times. I did the shoeshine motion a bunch and it was ready... 2-3 days max.
