Removing permanent marker from weight sticker

I get so pissed when we play tournaments every year and you get some of these directors that mark up the end of your bats with black permanent marker just so they can say it has been inspected and is legal for tournament use.

Any ideas on how to get this off? I have tried almost everything to include goof off, goo gone, baking soda toothpaste, rubbing alcohol, gun solvent....



There has to been something to remove it!

This or brake cleaner.. Just use a little on a towel and it will wipe right off.

I have seen guys get perm marker off white boards but going over it with dry erase marker then simply rubbing it to off .

I'd try this, then Mr. Clean Magic Eraser if it doesn't work. The method above is how I normally clean permanent marker and on a sticker I imagine it would work.

At nationals they want to see the manufacturer's weight and length sticker. Last year had to sit and scratch 3 coats of paint off the knobs of 3 of my bats.

Vasoline, let it sit for a min and then it should wipe right off.
