Been doing a lot of cross training for this. It's my first one so it should be pretty fun and I am looking forward to it. any tri state board bros doing this?

unfortuantely for time sake my training for it is all done at the gym even though I wish I had more time to get out and do it outside. so I have been doing a lot of intervals on the stair climber, treadmill, ellip, then doing a lot of core/body weight exercises in between 1-2 minute bouts on the cardio equipment.....I feel like over all its def gonna help me during the race.
