I have been dealing with terrible shin splints for months. I read a lot of articles, got new turfs, rolled shins daily, got compression, etc. I stumbled across this article about a week or so ago and so far it has worked! Simple exercises that I do while watching tv or integrate into my work out routine. Played last night and no pain at all.
