I bought an OG Freak from Shipe35 for $172.00 on 10/01/2012

Nicks communication was great until I asked about the condition of the bat.


Here's what I got on 10/06/2012. Bat is not solid and below is a video uploaded by Shell of the bat rattle and composite piece bouncing around.

I texted Nick and told him I wasn't happy. He called and we spoke about the issue. He agreed to send me $172.00 + $7.70 to ship back to him. He asked me if I could wait until Monday 10/08/2012 and I said sure. Well I sent him a Paypal request, text message and a PM here asking him to refund. He's now ignoring the issue. Can someone who knows Nick please help square this away.

He has 19 some gtg deals and no ngtg so I'm wondering what's up. I've got over 140 deals with over 100 different members and have had only issue with fake merchandise which the other guy cleared up. I just want my money back. Unfortunately I sent PayPal as a gift, so I can't file a claim.

Thanks for the info. I'll make a few calls. As for PayPal I made the mistake of sending as a gift. Checked with them and my bank and it's a lose.

It rings like 10 times and a **** Shipe picks up. I explain my reason for the call and **** explains his son was hit with a batted ball in the stomach on Monday night and is in ICU. I asked why the phone rang to Nicks phone and **** explained it was probably a transfer from the bosses phone to his sons. **** said he would have Nick either text or call me hopefully tonight or tomorrow to square the deal away...........hhhhmmmmm.

I hope it's not a scam but I also hope if its true he's OK.

Thanks saint I'll delete the post as soon as Nick contacts me. Seems wierd that she wouldn't just tell me that when I sent 3 texts and I get dad while u get GF on the same phone. But it is what it is.

I dont know if there is any truth to it, but it sucks to hear if he's injured. I did say, "hey nick" and they responded without mentioning this wasn't him until I told them who I was. Hope he gets well.

This bugs me cause I said hello Jon and I'd have swore he said this is Nick. Sounded like he was reaching when he said it. Sounded just like Nick when I spoke to him. We'll see. He wasn't to sure what to say when I mentioned my job and filing charges.

He did however ask if Nick had any other deals I knew of on going.

Again if he's hurt I hope he's better soon and squares away with me.

Sure is able to do lots of stuff on his iphone. People that are caught in lies like this should be banned immediately after fixing their deals.

Well I just got a phone call from Nick. He's no longer hopped up on drugs and said he'll make good on his payment in portions because he's out work for a little while.

Two things to discuss.

One: Nick was not hit by a ball. He's not in the hospital and is bull****ting. I've seen him posting on facebook.

Second: There is nothing wrong with that freak. If anything that chipping is justification that it is in fact a first batch freak. If you're sending it back because of that, in my opinion, it's on you. You buy a first batch freak you EXPECT that.
