I'm the Tim Eagle... I was actually on the ASA site checking on what the approved single wall bats were for a friend, and noticed that Demarini had a ton of bats listed in the approved bats for 2016 models.

This means little, other than they probably have some bats in production now, and it looks like there will be a ton of CUSTOM bats... my guess it'll still be $400 a bat. To get approved, you have to pay ASA to do the tests, so if they paid, you can assume they'll have a bat for it next year... so i guess it confirms Future's, Legacy's, and I'm guessing an Insane, which i'm psyched about, as i own 2 insanes myself.

Looking at ASA's historical data, All the 2015 Demarini's were approved in January of 2015, with others again in April and May (like the CL22 Juggy wasn't until late may). To me, this shows that this might not be the entire line, but at least their main-line that they'll be starting early production for.... I'm thinking we'll see a release of the Custom Slowpitch Bats before christmas to get some extra sales, but that is just a guess.

And sorry Utrip, no list of bats on their site, so no data on them.

Maybe the insane was tested for a dual stamp? I wouldn't know why they would and not offer as that, or maybe a border battle version, who knows since we are all spit balling ideas Lol and the cluggy was approved in May for the 15, even though it came out at first of year
