Cold crashing gets all the yeast and sediment to drop out or settle in the liquid before you bottle

Just received the last of my softball shipments and Direct Sports somehow messed up my 11" Classic W softball for the ladie and send me Thunder SY Stadiums....... at least they are fixing it fast but how the heck do you make that mess up!?
