Walking a guy with 2 outs to get to a girl.

in our league, guy gets two bases and the girl gets the option of taking first.

This is the rule here as well.

mx535, you have to talk to your league director. Different leagues follow different rules. What's a rule in one ASA league may not necessarily be a rule in a different ASA league.

same in our league.... except it doesn't matter how many outs there are. Not sure ASA has any rule regarding this. I'll have to check...

In ASA Coed championship play, a walk to a male batter (who always precedes a female batter in true ASA coed play) results in a two base award. The female batter shall bat except when there are two outs and she has the option of a walk or batting.

As noted, check your local league as your mileage may vary. Many local "coed" leagues are coed in name only in that they only require 1 or 2 females to be present and in the lineup/field.

Depends on the park or league by laws. It could say guy gets three bases and girl gets te option or girl gets first. The league by laws come first, then association.

Eddie beat me to it (stupid internet connection)

Rule 8, Section 1.C.4:

Section 1. THE BATTER BECOMES A BATTER-RUNNER.

C. When four balls have been called by the umpire. The batter-runner is awarded
first base.

EFFECT:
4. (Co-ed) The ball is dead. A walk to a male batter will result in a two base award. The next batter (a female) shall bat.

EFFECT: The ball is dead

EXCEPTION: With two outs, the female batter has the option to walk or bat.

EFFECT: Should the female batter-runner pass a male batter-runner when choosing to walk, no out shall be called during this dead ball period. A male batter-runner advancing to second base without touching first base shall be called out if properly appealed.

Of course local league rules override the ASA championship play rules.
